For local transaction (Hong Kong, Macau, and China), we accept company cheque, PayPal, and telegraph bank transfer. For international transaction, we accept PayPal and telegraph bank transfer. If you prefer payment method other than paypal, please email info@doggiegoodie.com.

We require full payment amount before shipment.

This depends on stock availability, order quantity, and shipping method and destination. If your stocks are available, we will ship out your order the following day after payment is received. We will notify you about shipment date and delivery time upon order confirmation.

Any custom fees or import taxes levied on international deliveries are responsible by customers. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Customer is responsible for any custom duties imposed by your local custom authority and should be aware of any banned items. For this reason, we are not responsible for any reshipment or refund.

Doggie Goodie will only allow returns of damaged or defective products. Please contact us for return authorization as we accept pre-authorized returns only. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your order. A 15% restocking charge will be assessed unless merchandise is defective. Please note that shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
